Kalo gitu yang ini gimana :

Natural sources
Acetaldehyde has a widespread natural occurrence. Acetaldehyde occurs in nature as an intermediate product in the respiration of higher plants and can be found in ripening fruit such as apples. Also, acetaldehyde is an intermediate product of fermentation of alcohol and in metabolism of sugars in the body. It may form in wine and other alcoholic beverages after exposure to air. It naturally occurs as a result of forest fires, volcanoes, animal wastes, and insects. It is a volatile component of cotton leaves and blossoms. Acetaldehyde occurs in oak and tobacco leaves and is a natural component of apples, broccoli, coffee, grapefruit, grapes, lemons, mushrooms, onions, oranges, peaches, pears, pineapples, raspberries, and strawberries. It has been detected in the essential oils of alfalfa, rosemary, balm, clary sage, daffodil, bitter orange, camphor, angelica, fennel, mustard, and peppermint.

Consumer products
Consumers may be exposed to acetaldehyde in cheese, heated milk, cooked beef, cooked chicken, and rum. It is an important component of food flavourings (in low concentrations which are generally recognised as safe) and is added to milk products, baked goods, fruit juices, sweets, desserts, and soft drinks. It is an especially useful for imparting orange, apple, and butter flavours. It is used in the manufacture of vinegar and yeast and as a fruit and fish preservative. Consumers may have been exposed to acetaldehyde in room air deodorisers. Exposure in the home environment may occur from the products of burning wood in stoves or fire places.

Gimana cep?
:-"

wiki wrote:Carcinogenicity
Acetaldehyde is a probable or possible carcinogen in humans.[18] [31] In 1988 the International Agency for Research on Cancer stated, "There is sufficient evidence for the carcinogenicity of acetaldehyde (the major metabolite of ethanol) in experimental animals."[32] In October 2009 the International Agency for Research on Cancer updated the classification of acetaldehyde stating that acetaldehyde included in and generated endogenously from alcoholic beverages is a Group I human carcinogen.[33] In addition, acetaldehyde is damaging to DNA[34] and causes abnormal muscle development as it binds to proteins.[35]
A study of 818 heavy drinkers found that those who are exposed to more acetaldehyde than normal through a defect in the gene for acetaldehyde dehydrogenase are at greater risk of developing cancers of the upper gastrointestinal tract and liver.[36]
Many microbes produce acetaldehyde from ethanol, but they have a lower capacity to eliminate the acetaldehyde which will then lead to the accumulation of acetaldehyde in saliva during heavy alcohol drinking. Acetaldehyde is also the most abundant carcinogen in tobacco smoke; it is dissolved into the saliva while smoking. Fermented food and many alcoholic beverages will also contain significant amounts of acetaldehyde. Acetaldehyde, derived from mucosal or microbial oxidation of ethanol, tobacco smoke, and diet, appears to act as a cumulative carcinogen in the upper digestive tract of humans.[37]

Stomach cancer
The normal human stomach is free of harmful microbes because of its low pH. Because of bacteria and yeasts that represent the normal oral flora in your mouth they can survive and even proliferate in increasing intragastric pH when adding ethanol. When this happens the bacteria overgrowth results in the formation of minor concentrations of acetaldehyde in gastric juice. Moreover, poor oral hygiene, heavy drinking and chronic smoking modify oral flora to produce more acetaldehyde from ingested alcohol. Acetaldehyde production can increase 6.5 fold to the stomach when there is alcohol involved. Tobacco smoking can also accelerate this process by being an active smoker there are considerable amounts of salivary acetaldehyde that can be expected to reach the stomach through swallowing. [37]

Colon cancer
Chronic alcohol consumption is an established risk factor for colorectal cancer. We also know that most of the acetaldehyde produced in the large intestine is generated from bacterial oxidation of ethanol. In experiments with animals, microbially mediated ethanol oxidation results were high acetaldehyde concentrations in the colon after alcohol administration. [37]

Nih baca lagi cep :

Yuk mari belajar:

http://www.livestrong.com/article/50537 ... n-of-wine/
Because acetaldehyde is toxic, another enzyme called aldehyde dehydrogenase or ALDH turns it to acetic acid, which also produces energy. Acetic acid can also be broken down for additional energy. Your body can usually detoxify smaller amounts of alcohol quickly, but the build-up of acetaldehyde from heavy drinking causes some of it to pass from the liver into your circulation.

http://www.howstuffworks.com/alcohol4.htm
How Alcohol Leaves the Body
The Breakdown of Alcohol
The breakdown, or oxidation, of ethanol occurs in the liver. An enzyme in the liver called alcohol dehydrogenase strips electrons from ethanol to form acetaldehyde. Another enzyme, called aldehyde dehydrogenase, converts the acetaldehyde, in the presence of oxygen, to acetic acid, the main component in vinegar. The molecular structure of acetic acid looks like this:
O
||
H3 C - C - O - H
The || symbol is a double bond between the atoms. When ethanol is oxidized to acetic acid, two protons and two electrons are also produced. The acetic acid can be used to form fatty acids or can be further broken down into carbon dioxide and water.

http://www.mydr.com.au/gastrointestinal ... -breakdown
There are 2 ways that alcohol can be processed by your liver. Most alcohol is broken down, or metabolised, by an enzyme in your liver cells known as alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH). ADH breaks down alcohol into acetaldehyde, and then another enzyme, aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH), rapidly breaks down acetaldehyde into acetate. The acetate is further metabolised, and eventually leaves your body as carbon dioxide and water.

Jadi selama konsumsi alkohol masih dalam kadar dimana mekanisme tubuhmu mampu memproses dan membuang nya, tentu that is fine2 aja.
Bukannya allah swt yg mengharamkan sesuatu yg berguna, dan nyuruh minum kencing onta + jus lalat, yg sejujurnya umatnya pun pada jijik hanya untuk ngebayangin saja. :vom:

Yg dibahas kan cukup simple MENGHALALKAN ALKOHOL = MENGKAFIRI KEBENARAN ATAU TIDAK?
Postingan ente yg satu ini baru saja MENGHALALKAN ALKOHOL DALAM TAKARAN TERTENTU. =D>

Pasien : Jadi saya sakit apa pak dokter?
Dr. CP : Anda terkena penyakit diabetes akut, jadi anda harus menghindari makanan yang mengandung karbohidrat.
Pasien : Kenapa dok?
Pasien : Loh, kenapa? Katanya glukosa berbahaya buat saya?
Dr. CP : Karena mereka tidak menstimulasi/meningkatkan glukosa, seperti halnya karbohidrat!
Pasien : .................................................................

The human body converts alcohol first into a poison, acetaldehyde, and then into acetate, both of which find their way to the brain. While the former substance—in the same class of chemicals as formaldehyde—perversely makes the drinker feel good, the latter causes feelings of nausea, hangover and sleepiness.

Loh, sejak kapan acetaldehyde membuat "feel good"?
Acetaldehyde itu toxic, jadi side effectnya "bad" bukannya "good", cep.

http://www.myhousecallmd.com/archives/tag/acetaldehyde
The breakdown process of alcohol is quite complex. What you need to know is that acetaldehyde, one of the products formed in a step in the process, wreaks havoc on your body. Your body requires another chemical, glutathione, to breakdown acetaldehyde and clear it from your body. The problem is that when you drink a LOT of alcohol, you run out of glutathione and are stuck with the toxic acetaldehyde in your system while your liver makes more glutathione. Women have fewer of the necessary enzymes and less glutathione than men, making their hangovers longer and more painful. The miserable effects of acetaldehyde include headache, nausea, and vomiting.

http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictio ... disulfiram
the resultant accumulation of acetaldehyde in the body is what causes nausea, vomiting, palpitation, dyspnea, and lowered blood pressure

==============================

Lagi2 ente ngebom kaki sendiri.... #-o
Coba baca lagi link yang ente kasih sendiri :
The non-alcoholic’s liver slowly turns alcohol into acetaldehyde, then quickly into acetate. As a result, there is little or no buildup of poison in the brain and instead quick feedback from the acetate-induced ill feeling, which serves to stop the drinking. This generally occurs at relatively low blood alcohol levels, usually .04 to .10 per cent. The top range is barely legally drunk for purposes of operating a motor vehicle.

http://pubs.niaaa.nih.gov/publications/ ... 66-273.htm
Acetaldehyde, a toxic byproduct of alcohol (i.e., ethanol) metabolism, has long been suspected of causing at least some of the central nervous system actions of ethanol. However, the data to support such a hypothesis have been difficult to obtain. One roadblock is the very low blood levels of acetaldehyde following ethanol intake and the finding that even elevated acetaldehyde levels in the blood do not easily gain access to the brain. The recent discovery of the oxidation of ethanol to acetaldehyde in the adult brain may help explain the acute effects of ethanol.

First, avid metabolism of acetaldehyde by the liver keeps blood levels of acetaldehyde following ethanol ingestion extremely low (Sippel and Eriksson 1975). The levels of acetaldehyde in most people after ethanol ingestion are nearly undetectable in the blood, on the order of one micromole.1 (1 A micromole represents a concentration of 1/1,000,000 [one millionth] molecular weight per liter [mol/L].) Second, even if the blood acetaldehyde levels are significant, either because of genetic variation in alcohol-metabolizing enzymes or the presence of drugs that allow build-up of acetaldehyde, acetaldehyde does not seem to be able to penetrate blood vessels into the brain (i.e., the blood–brain barrier), and substantial blood levels are required before acetaldehyde levels increase in the brain (Tabakoff et al. 1976; Westcott et al. 1980; Sippel 1974; Zimatkin and Pronko 1995). This is attributed primarily to the presence of the enzyme that converts acetaldehyde to acetate (i.e., aldehyde dehydrogenase [ALDH]) in the blood–brain barrier, which may help keep brain acetaldehyde levels low (Petersen 1985; Tampier et al. 1993).

http://www.ehow.com/about_4741143_effec ... -diet.html
Dangers of Excessive Protein
Too much protein and not enough carbohydrates can cause ketones to collect in the blood (ketosis). People on high protein diets, such as the Atkins diet, are told that by being in constant ketosis they can lose weight because this forces the body to burn fat for energy. However, ketosis is dangerous because it can cause mild dehydration by placing a burden on the kidneys. Besides kidney problems, side effects can include headaches, dizziness, confusion, fatigue and nausea.

:green:

untungnya kalau di kitab sebelah sih mabuk dilarang.. kan banyak tuh, minuman beralkohol yg satu tenggak saja sudah mabuk (contoh: ciu *halah* ) jadi hindari minuman2 berkadar alkohol tinggi seperti itu & selain itu cari yg banyak manfaatnya untuk kesehatan, contoh: red wine/antioksidannya tinggi
