Indonesian maid says teen robber raped her
KUALA LUMPUR (The Star\ANN): Three teenagers - a youth, his sister and his girlfriend - were arrested after they were believed to have assaulted and robbed an Indonesian maid at a double story house in Kepong.
It is believed that the youth raped the 20-year-old maid as well.
The 18-year-old youth, his sister and his girlfriend, both 17, were detained yesterday afternoon in two separate operations.
City CID chief Senior Asst Comm II Ahmad Ibrahim confirmed the arrests but declined to comment further.
In the noon incident on Tuesday, the three were said to have coolly walked into the house in Bandar Menjalara and asked the maid if her employer was in.
They claimed that they were there to present the employer with prizes won in a competition.
Suspecting something amiss, the maid told them to leave but one of the teenagers took out a fake pistol while the 18-year-old whipped out a parang.
When the maid tried to stop them from ransacking the house, they forced her onto the sofa and the youth raped her at knifepoint.
The trio fled in a car with five handphones, a gold chain and RM60.
The maid later lodged a police report. It was learnt that the suspects were all dropouts.
