gimana? ada saran buat olahraga yang paling efektif untuk badan? tapi cukup dirumah aja? kalo ga cuma biasa push up en sit up aja, ada saran lain? :wink:

most efficient way of training the whole body; from inside to outside is orhiba.
You only need very little space and is very efficient exercise.

ORHIBA= Olah Raga Hidup Baru

Its an exercise specially designed for strengtening all internal organs , loosening all joints, a breathing exercise, meditation exercise. Its all in one.
And the basic posture is according the human way of moving..straight.

ama aja kayak yoga dong, mending kaya yang gw lakuin selama ini, push up and sit up, dijamin bisa langsing en berotot dikit hehe.

to get the strength for combat:

Number One is motivation... know the purpose of a fight
Number Two is strength...
Number Three is speed

Gimana kalau coba latihan gitar, karena titik reflesinya , baik untuk jantung, bikin jadi jari lentik tapi kuat, btw dilarang nabi lho!
