How Islam Treats the Dead/Cara Islam Memperlakukan Orang Mati

Tindakan meninggalkan Islam disebut RIDA. Orang yang melakukannya disebut MURTAD. mari kita melihat 3 institusi Islam yg secara sistimatis menghancurkan kehidupan seorang murtad.

1. KELUARGA DAN TEMAN

Keluarga Muslim sangat dekat hubungannya. Contoh, lebih dari 1/2 orang Pakistan di Inggris menikah dgn sdr sepupu mereka (first cousins). Sama dgn orang Arab yg sering melakukan pernikahan antar clan/suku. Dalam
budaya yg didasarkan atas kehormatan ini (honor-based cultures), setiap tindakan yg tidak Islamiah akan meninggalkan noda pada seluruh keluarga besar.

Tindakan Murtad -- tindakan yg paling tidak terhormat -- sudah pasti akan mengakibatkan 'meltdown'/ kehancuran dalam keluarga Muslim. Sudah pasti, anggota keluarga yg membawa malu itu tidak lagi akan menikah dgn anggota keluarga; orang tua akan mengecualikan sang murtad/kafir dari warisan; rekan2 tidak ingin nampak dgn mahluk murtad hina itu dan sudah pasti kau akan dilpaorkan ke imam setempat atau negara.
Karena nepotisme sarat dlm clan2, sang murtad akan kehilangan koneksi bisnis dari keluarganya.

Seroang muslim hanya bernilan selama ia masih Muslim.
(CATATAN; tidak semua negara muslim seketat ini. Tergantung dari latar belakang negaranya. Semakin moderat sebuah negara, semakin moderat juga peraturan. Semakin Islam sebuah negara, semakin sadis juga perlakuan terhdp murtad.)



2. MASY DAN NEGARA

Jarang sebuah negara Islam mempekerjakan orang dari sekte atau agama lain. Di Pakistan, UU memperlakukan kaum Ahmadi sbg non-Muslim. Mereka tidak dapat menyebut tempat ibadah mereka "mesjid". Mereka di-diskriminasi secara terbuka di sekolah2 dan tempat kerja, hanya karena kepercayaan mereka agak berbeda dari mayoritas Muslim.

Bisa dibayangkan apa yg akan dilakukan masy terhdp mereka yang menolak Islam secara keseluruhan. Di negara macam itu, tidak ada orang yg berani di-cap sbg teman urtad. Murtad akan OTOMATIS kehilangan pekerjaan, diceraikan, anak2nya ikut orang tua muslim, dan kata "Islam" dlm KTPnya tidak boleh dirubah.

Contoh lagi ; MESIR

Ada keputusan Mahkamah Agung bahwa murtad dari Islam secara hukum sama dengan ORANG MATI (!). IA TIDAK DAPAT MENARIK UANG DARI ACCOUNTNYA, IA KEHILANGAN SEMUA HAK DAN KEKUASAANNYA, TIDAK DAPAT KAWIN ATAU MEWARIS, karena ia sudah dianggap mati !

Sampai saat ini, lebih dari 150 murtad mendekam di penjara2 dgn tingkat keamanan tinggi (maximum-security prisons), karena dituduh "Mengancan kesatuan nasional". Kata "murtad" tidak digunakan karena belum ada UU nasionalnya.

Contoh kasus : Dr. Abdul-Rahman sudah mendekam selama 2 th (tanpa diadili) di penjara Kairo. Ia juga tidak boleh campur dgn siapa2 di penjara atau menerima kunjungan keluarga alias solitary confinement. Tindak pidananya ? Ia murtad ! Jelas kasusnya dimanfaatkan sbg peringatan agar orang jangan murtad.

Lihat juga IRAN. 5 pastor dibunuh preman dlm 11 thn terakhir ini. 3 ari 5 adalah murtad.

SUDAN: Mahmud Mahammad Taha DIHUKUM GANTUNG karena murtad (1985), walaupun UU PIdana Sudan tidak menyebut muratd sbg tindak pidana.

Nah, sampailah kita pada inti permasalahan.

3. QURAN, HADIS, Shariah

Quran 4:89
They desire that you should disbelieve as they have disbelieved, so that you might be (all) alike; therefore take not from among them friends until they fly (their homes) in Allah's way; but if they turn back, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them, and take not from among them a friend or a helper.

Quran 9:74
They swear by Allah that they did not speak, and certainly they did speak, the word of unbelief, and disbelieved after their Islam, and they had determined upon what they have not been able to effect, and they did not find fault except because Allah and His Messenger enriched them out of His grace; therefore if they repent, it will be good for them; and if they turn back, Allah will chastise them with a painful chastisement in this world and the hereafter, and they shall not have in the land any guardian or a helper.


Sahih Bukhari: Volume 9, Book 84, Number 57.
Some Zanadiqa (atheists) were brought to 'Ali and he burnt them. The news of this event, reached Ibn 'Abbas who said, "If I had been in his place, I would not have burnt them, as Allah's Apostle forbade it, saying, 'Do not punish anybody with Allah's punishment (fire).' I would have killed them according to the statement of Allah's Apostle, 'Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.'"
But remember, Islam is the Religion of PeaceTM.

Sahih Bukhari: Volume 9, Book 84, Number 58.
There was a fettered man beside Abu Muisa. Mu'adh asked, "Who is this (man)?" Abu Muisa said, "He was a Jew and became a Muslim and then reverted back to Judaism." Then Abu Muisa requested Mu'adh to sit down but Mu'adh said, "I will not sit down till he has been killed. This is the judgment of Allah and His Apostle (for such cases) and repeated it thrice. Then Abu Musa ordered that the man be killed, and he was killed. Abu Musa added, "Then we discussed the night prayers and one of us said, 'I pray and sleep, and I hope that Allah will reward me for my sleep as well as for my prayers.'"


Sahih Bukhari: Volume 9, Book 84, Number 64.
No doubt I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "During the last days there will appear some young foolish people who will say the best words but their faith will not go beyond their throats (i.e. they will have no faith) and will go out from (leave) their religion as an arrow goes out of the game. So, where-ever you find them, kill them, for who-ever kills them shall have reward on the Day of Resurrection."


Let's see the prescription of Islam Online for a murtad:

If a sane person who has reached puberty voluntarily apostatizes from Islam, he deserves to be punished.‏ In such a case, it is obligatory for the caliph (or his representative) to ask him to repent and return to Islam. If he does, it is accepted from him, but if he refuses, he is immediately killed.‏

Note that Sharia is not confined by geographical boundaries. If it is just to kill a murtad in Saudi Arabia, then so it is in America, Australia, Europe -- anywhere and everywhere.

KESIMPULAN

Mayoritas memperlakukan murtad sbg PENGKHIANAT. Di mata mereka, nyawa murtad tidak bernilai. Seluruh Ummah tidak boleh memberi bantuan kpd murtad. Murtad dikelilingi situasi mencekik dlm sebuah masy Islam. Itulah mengapa murtad tidak pernah mengumumkan kemurtadan mereka. Risikonya : Pedang Islam akan memancung leher mereka.

Muslim sangat bangga akan agama mereka yg berlaku segala jaman.
Mereka tidak sanggup melihat Islam sbg apa sebenarnya: -- a glorified encyclopedia of asininity.

Harapan kita adalah agar Muslim tidak mengacuhkan aturan2 Islam. tapi sedinya, bukti dari 14 abad menawarkan kenaytaan berbeda. Teror fisik dan mental adalah jiwa/naluri Islamiah. tanyalah kpd diri anda sendir, apa jawaban anda kalau anda diancam "balik ke Islam atau mati " ?

Anda bersedia mati konyol ? Anda bersedia kehilangan kerja, anak, isteri, rumah, keluarga, hak waris, kebebasan dan malah nyawa anda ???
